We’ve become aware of a new pop-up window asking to select an institution when logging in to Safari Books Online. Users will need to select “Not listed?” from the drop-down and then can enter their email address as normal. The problem might be browser-related as we have continued to experience access issues using Edge. However, everything seems to be working fine using Firefox. Sorry, we haven’t tested other browsers.
