The Student Services Division is here to provide you with an enjoyable and educational experience during your time on campus. Residential life is a unique opportunity for personal growth and development, new friendships, and great experiences. To ensure a room, the (applicable) forms listed below must be completed:
Due to the fact residential housing is limited; rooms are available on a “first come, first served” basis. A $200.00 non-refundable pre-payment must be returned with the Room Reservation Form to guarantee a room. Checks may be made out to: University of Rio Grande.
Once completed, these forms must be mailed to the following address:

Once completed housing paperwork is received, the information will be entered and confirmation will be sent to the email address you listed on your form.
Rooming assignments will be emailed to first year students during the last full week of July. Returning students will be notified through their RIO email account during the same week.
All students are encouraged to join the RIO Facebook page to interact with other students, find roommates and meet other residents in your hall.
