Four area choirs participated:

Cabell Midland High School's"Collegium musicum"
Each participating chorus performed 2 – 3 choral selections for our panel of clinicians, featuring Dr. Sarin Williams, Director of Choral Activities at URG, Dr. David Lawrence, Associate Provost and former Director of Choral Activities, and Mrs. Valerie Tanner, Adjunct Professor of Voice.

Each chorus received written comments from all three clinicians and an on-stage clinic by a single adjudicator. Directors also left with a DVD of their day's performance and clinic.
