Know
it Now
Academic:
KnowItNow is a 24/7 virtual reference service serving every resident in the state of Ohio. KnowItNow is funded by a grant from the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) awarded by the State Library of Ohio. nbsp;KnowItNow Academic is staffed by librarians from the following libraries: Ashland University, Cleveland Health Sciences, Cuyahoga Community College, Lorain County Community College, Marietta College, Mt. Union College, Oberlin College, Ohio Wesleyan University, Sinclair Community College, Wright State University, University of Cincinnati and Xavier University.
Schedule: Librarians from participating libraries staff the academic queue:
* Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
* Friday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Outside of these hours patrons are directed to the regular KnowItNow queues, and public librarians and After-Dark librarians (independent librarians coordinated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Library System) answer the calls.
